Peppermint has an unforced talent for medic that is really rare now-a-days. In my personal opinion her only weakness is that she assumes people know more than her so she's afraid to speak up if she sees someone doing something wrong or baiting her into a horrible position. If you give her the time to get used to your team and play style, she will not let you down.

The only flaw I've noted fygg for having is doubting himself. He is very capable and has the raw ability to do well. There's really no reason to not give him a chance. He may surprise you.

Keylime is very capable of being an amazing demo but he and the team he's on will need to put in some work to get him there. I do note that whenever I tell him about a mistake, I've always seen an attempt to fix it.
