I've spent my fair share of time in TF2 but have only now decided to use a custom HUD. I looked through several various HUDs and downloaded a few to try out and tweak. This is the only one that I really like. There are just a couple of things that I would like to point out / ask about. (I haven't read every post on here yet so I apologize if I'm repeating anything.)
The first thing I would like to mention is a problem I had with the QuickPlay menu. Before installing this HUD, I had the box checked to try out beta maps (rd_asteroid and pl_cactuscanyon). Now that I have this HUD enabled, I am unable to uncheck that box, so my QuickPlay menu is seemingly permanently stuck to beta maps only. This isn't a major concern for me since I mostly just use the server browser to find games, but I definitely wanted to mention that.
The second thing I would like to bring up is in regards to the scoreboard. I've noticed that this scoreboard doesn't list Domination and Revenge stats. I would really like to have that added in if possible. I can live without it, but I would prefer to have it there.
Another item I think is important to discuss is the page numbers in the backpack. I like the style you use in this HUD, but I think it can be improved. The boxes for the page numbers should be darkened to account for the August 13th update (which made the page numbers reflect how full each page is by the color of the number). It would be nice if the color of the selected page number box were also tweaked. It doesn't stick out enough from the backpack background, but it sticks out just enough to be annoying (at least to me). This whole last paragraph is probably something I can take care of myself with proper instruction.
