Before i quit this game once again due this issue i appreciate any help.

The problem is quite simple: when i am in game my fps is smooth and i have a decent laptop too. Somhow it freezes the sound and video and it comes back after 1-2 secs. It causes me to die most likely anf i go crazy. While ot freezes it repeats the sound i heard for the last time. For example : if somebody talks and says hi. It basicly repeats the i and all i hear in those seconds is : i-i-i-i-i.

It might sounds strange but i have no bette explanation :(
