pretty much nobody likes playing against snipers but something completely accurate that you can spam a lot would need to get the treatment heavy gets against scoped snipers, at mid+ range make it so normal and scoped viewkick isnt a thing for it

First run of it: http://prntscr.com/j2kia4
never talked to you but you always seem to be positive about everything so that makes you a good person
for about a month now every 3-5ish minutes my ping will spike to ~350 ping for 4 seconds and then go back to normal.
this is persistent every couple of minutes and does it all day and night, time doesn't matter.
my internet is not the best but I really cant find a rhyme or reason for something so consistent to be happening. this is the only ethernet connection in the house and everything else is connected to wifi, disabling wifi doesn't do anything to resolve it. there are no programs running that could be causing it and I cant think of any other reason why it would be happening, I'm just about to pull my hair out over it.
I'm not getting my hopes up for some miracle cure but some kinda guidance as to what may possibly be causing it would be helpful
whenever I test out a map or something, or just dont have internet I sometimes play with bots, and while bots are the dumbest things to play against they're still smarter and drop less ubers than skeez.
anyway bots have nuances to that I've just kinda incorporated into my game. like when bots are knocked into the air or walk off a ledge or jump they always hold crouch in case the jump they're trying to do is only doable with a crouch jump, and because of that I've picked up a habit of any time I walk off a ledge or edge of something I just hold crouch, it doesn't help with anything.
When bots aren't fighting anything they look around, which is just them locking onto a spot and just looking there for a few seconds, it looks weird when they're going to mid just looking everywhere but forward but I also do that kind of thing in pregame.
recently been feeling very burnt out playing scout, so I'm looking for a team as demo, preferably on a high open team looking to last more than one season.
all of my previous esea seasons have been on scout minus like half of a season on pocket, but i'm confident enough in my abilities to play demo at a high open level.
recent experience:
weiner bros open s20 & 3rd place IM s21 (snailed it)
6 guys off IM s22
hit me up for tryouts - http://steamcommunity.com/id/Nitsirt
has potential to be a solid mid/bubble team scout
bump
will also demo for a high open team as scout saps my will to live at times, better two classes than one.
bump, got new internet setup so i wont be a useless 600 ping scout half the time anymore

Looking to play scout again this upcoming season. Wanting to play on a high IM or low invite team that wants to improve individually and as a team.
I've had problems with being quiet on comms but have been working on that and consider myself a decently strong caller when need be.
