i tried the zip file with no succes and didnt really want to try linux since im pretty sure i wouldnt know what to do with linux
i uninstalled steam and reinstalled it to a new folder and now i can play games but the former steam folder is still there lol.

for anyone that wants kind of a summary of the election
The actual problem is that this election didnt get split from the very beginning bewteen 2 top candidates like the ones before but between 4 (macron, le pen, fillon, mélenchon) who each got around 20%. Macron didnt get elected because the real majority of people actually had faith in him and his plan for the next 5 years but to not get le pen as our president. That also means that the vast majority of the people is not satisfied by macron as our president.
There is, in a few months, the general election and no one really knows who will get the majority since :
-people voted for macron because he represents something new (apparently lol), he's good looking and young and that appeals to a lot of people who vote very lightly i would say (so deputies of his movement might not benefit of the same effect as he did)
-the right was supposed to win this election (according to every poll, ... before fillon's scandals were revealed), but fillon's scandals do not matter in this one since he withdrew, so they might be the majority elected.
-this time people won't vote against le pen but for their own beliefs (at least more than during the presidency) so it might benefit her and her party
-and melenchon keeps on having a good vibe around him
tldr; its a very weird election

I recently uninstalled tf2 and reinstalled it.
I have downloaded 100% of the files.
Whenever i try to launch tf2 i get this message : An error has occured during the update of tf2 (file locked)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\Apr2005_d3dx9_25_x64.cab
So i tried to see what this thing was and basically i cant do anything about the Jun2010 file and whats in. I have absolutely no permission to do anything with it (even tho im admin), i cant open it/delete it, ... this file is also 'read only',
its in french but it says that i need permissions to read it to show properties of that file

your ammo reloads when you kill someone (do you need 9 stickies to kill someone?) also a demo with 4 stickies can basically sticky spam all the time and get kills with very little skill required. 2/7 is fine really
