Serpents qualifies for DreamHack Summer

I want to see Serpents and Suave at LAN as much as the next guy, but it's not really fair to say they can't participate in a 1000€ tournament unless they can go to LAN. Especially in the case of Serpents and their visas. Also, TF2 isn't shown money all that often. Anybody who puts a ton of hours into the game should jump at the chance to win that much and have their efforts literally pay off a little bit.
