Love the idea of casting IM games. Even if the skill level is slightly less than that of Invite, it'd be a cool opportunity to take a peak at any up-and-coming gamers.
I didn't get burned out, but I reached a point last summer where I kept playing the game even though I wasn't really enjoying myself and I knew I wasn't doing anything valuable with my time (this was before I discovered comp and played valve servers 24/7).
Mind you, this was all during the worst stages of a harsh-ish depression, and doing nothing with my life but playing pubs was not helping in the least bit. I ended up deciding on quitting TF2 just for a month, just so I can see how positive of a change that would provide. Looking back I don't think it really helped, but at the same time it was a much needed break from the same grind every single day.
Now that I've discovered comp and am taking it as seriously as I can, it's something I can actively participate in and look to improve in, interacting with any lovely/interesting people I bump into rather than just playing the same pubs every day alone. So I'm less prone to burning out now for sure.
KonceptOne of my roommates is such a fucking scumbag and I'm honestly getting sick of him thinking he can do whatever the fuck he wants. He invites random guys over to play video games but often don't leave until it's about 2 in the morning. It's also a common thing for them to end up smoking the devil's lettuce and yell and make a lot of racket. I don't mind it that much but when I'm trying to study or get some shut eye, it really gets on my nerves.
My room also backs up to the living room where they usually camp out so I don't have much else of an option for a place to get away from a lot of it. I also don't have any nearby friends that I can just get away to so I can get some peace and quiet, so all of this is incredibly frustrating for me. I may be extra critical of this stuff because I have had a headache the entire day but this alongside waking up to what can only be described as a reeking smell of weed and/or cigs for a decent bit most of the semester has gotten on my nerves and I'm sick and tired of it.
I really want to include a picture of the dog that we got this semester because honestly he keeps me spirits high sometimes when they're down, but I don't have one. I might edit this later if I can get a picture of him
Why not just go for a walk by yourself or with your dog if you just want peace and quiet?
Any post in this thread that mentions Overwatch in an even somewhat positive light gets downvoted to shit.

NakadaSo is this mainly a scout thing or is there some use in this as a medic main apart from just preferring it?
Don't really think it can help or inhibit for any specific classes. I think it's more a personal preference thing, though I can agree that it's effects are felt most on scout. Still, I know plenty of scouts mains with godly DM that don't use the script.
I would honestly like KOTH to be the main gamemode for 6s. High level KOTH matches are incredibly exciting to watch when compared to potentially slow and stalemate-filled 5cp matches.
Snack
Not the best but a very fun and confident dude :)
Snack. Fucking horrible medic.
Rescue ranger is pretty much a straight upgrade and 100% shouldn't be allowed at this point. There's no actual consequences to being able to heal your sentry from far away., and like literally everyone else, engis will easily tank their sentry with it from spawn.
