DaFuQWiZaTthey never even looked into it because they would realise its not as broken as it looks, you can still be headshot or simply bodied.

tried it out countless of times and unless it's done wrong you never really get headshotted, best you can get is a full-body on the base of the shoulder or actually hit the single pixel of the head hitbox that gets exposed for a split second, though on an actual game hitting it is practically impossible
