Well problem solved. I can't convince anyone I wasn't cheating if they don't want to believe me but I'm back to being able to practice. Thank you to Sentinel, ss, and Breloom.

"mouse1" = "+attack;addcond 11". Makes sense, he managed to bind my mouse 1 key to "addcond 11". Explains why it didn't work in the console. I used the wiki on all of them. And to specify, I didn't cheat. This was a private server with cheats on and only friends. This happened before I really knew what was going on in the console. Thank you for the help.
I'm afraid that command isn't working. I tried it yesterday. If I'm in a server, nothing else happens in the console and the crits remain, and if I do it in the main menu, it says it is an 'unknown command'. I feel I should specify that removecond 11 will temporarily turn off the crits but the second I click my 'fire' button (fire gun, swing shovel, etc) the crits start again.
I got a problem with crits being on constantly whenever I'm in a server with cheats enabled. I had a friend that tried to recreate a gamemode with 100% crits and it worked but now whenever I try to play with cheats enabled, it is still on. Makes practicing with the Market Gardener on Walkway hard to judge when it always it crits. Any help is appreciated.
