Demo reviews
I find demo reviews infinitely important to building your gamesense. Take a look at your stats, see where you're underpreforming. Look at your mistakes in your demos.
Get a mentor. Learning things from people who are better than you is a great way of building gamesense as well.
Watch casts/Casting
Watching the top teams play is great too: learn their antics and how they play off each other.
My "practicing" is mostly focused on building intelligence. Learning how to shoot the ground will come in time as you play more and more scrims.

You know what would be interesting? Let's say the finals are mix vs epislon for example. Have one of the players that got out recently in the tournament (in this instance let's use b4nny) so we have a b4nny/whoever cast with fill in caster here.
