Replacing Old Hardware

My (pretty bad) Specs
CPU= AMD-FX4100
MOBO= MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641)
RAM= 4GB DDR3
GFX= GTX 650
PSU= TT-8020 (not sure on voltage but some googling makes me think its around 350 watts)
Case= Generic HP Case with really bad cooling

Replacing Old Hardware

Hi, so I'm looking to replace some really old computer parts, seeing as how I've been upgrading my ancient computer from '2006 over the past 9 years. All I need to replace now is my Case (mid-tower), HDD, and PSU.
I was hoping to get some recommendations for replacements, because seeing as how I have a budget around $200, I'm not really sure what I should prioritize my budget on when upgrading.

Something along the lines of this? The ramp slide for the roamer rollouts will work still, I've block bulleted the strip along the right.
Looking at it now, it almost feels like that's a lot of open space and it needs a rock or crates or something for scouts to dance on. Not sure, let me know what you think.
Is the patch of dirt still as surfable as the ramp was? If not someone will have to come up with a different solly rollout.
EDIT: Im dumb, didnt see that you said it was still surfable

I wasn't aware till Gizmo and I spoke this morning thats how things were run. What's the consensus on that? If it's a bo5 map series and maps/order is known, is that a good boost to the strategy going on? Or will teams banning the same class over and over not be a problem due to map pool and ban order? We'll figure that stuff out bit by bit, but I wasn't planning on running things that way tonight and just letting teams ban however.
it was my understanding from the last one that you wouldn't be allowed to ban the same class twice, or at least that's what was discussed. Reason would be that people would just continually ban the classes deemed op for the mode.
