i get a constant 120 with 6.4.2, also did you ever try playing with 60fps?

Plus i cant even get 120 constantly, but have 70-80 fps

I have the issue that when i use your newest release, with the maxperformance tweak, my laptop (lenovo y510p) starts overheating like crazy and the graphics card's fans spin enormously fast.
I've tested this also with the comp tweak and its the same.

I have my fps capped at 121 and uncommented it in the comfig.cfg.

Installed this new version a few hours ago: tf2 kept crushing instantly for an hour until i commented some commands and now everytime i launch the game it takes ages and everytime a loadingscreen occurs i get black stutters all over the screen... (i use the maxfps tweak and dxlevel 95 and im playing on a laptop). All the other instances of this cfg have been running really smootly on my pc....

Hes using Chris maxframes config, but since its outdated I'd recommend going for Comanflias Config and Change the following commands to get it to look exatly the same:
mat_phong 1
mat_bumpmap 0
mat_specular 0
r_worldlights 4
mat_filterlightmaps 0 //not 10ß% sure
mat_filtertextures 0

The best aspect of the cutom main menu was prolly the demoui button and the console button, since -console inlaunch options is broken since the update

1. I'm playing TF2 on a laptop (y510p if it matters) and when im playing it with your config (with the maxframes config and fps capped to 121 it makes weird sounds from my laptop, when im using feliks's i get worse fps, but no sounds...

2. how exactly does the dx level override work?
