Just because teams in the past didn't have one in the past, does not mean you should not have one. Coaches aren't necessary to the 6's game already, but think of it as a 7th brain thinking with your team. It will only give a slight advantage over a team that doesn't. Look at CS:GO, Dota 2, LoL, majority of teams in those games have coaches.

Keep it. A lower sens is good for scout. Just practice a lot with it. If it's still too much , revert to your old sens and gradually lower your sens by like .02 or something at a time.
