I've seen also where people send long messages where they perfectly count the number of spaces, to make it look like server side messages.
Example:
Random User: Hey Guys
fatmanscoop left the game (Hired by VALVe to test Pyro Update)
My point is, this could've have also been faked simply by a long chat message.

And this will improve your ability to surf rockets, stickies, and airstrafe better, making it difficult for enemies to hit you.
I also learned that as a scout, you need to relax. Having a tense arm in fights will cause you to flick or have a hard time tracking the enemy.
