bearodactylNot sure if this is relevant but I'm on wifi and was experiencing this quite often, but I went into my wifi card's settings and realized I was connected to a 2.4ghz signal instead of 5ghz. Switched to a 5ghz one and everything was super smooth (at my school at least, eduroam is available on both frequencies)
I have the exact opposite lmao. 5ghz makes my ping go crazy and 2.4 stabilized it.
