PharaohThere is no way you are getting 400 frames on an r9 270x on a populated server.
120/144hz monitor?
If you're in a local server and this is happening, try capping your fps.

Hello I have been away from this game for awhile and I decided to try to play again,and i get this little micro stutters all game its looks very jittery even tho I am getting 400-500 fps. Is there a fix for this ? any help would be appreciated
