N1ghTI literally just fixed it myself (on stream) 10 minutes ago >_<
Edit: It conflicts with the jarate label (they overlap)
I made it so the focus is above the jarate label DL

The sniper's focus with the Heatmaker is messed up a bit. (Sorry for posting so much :L)
Here you go a little fix for the Heatmaker.
Just drag that in to the resource folder. Also im gonna import that to the next update.

As for the stopwatch thing. I did some digging and found out that it's xpos + ypos are controlled in HudTeamGoalTournament under the entry "HudStopWatchObjective" and the arrow is controlled under "HudStopWatchObjectiveArrow".
I changed the variables to "9999":
