#1 Looking to Warm Benches in Recruitment (looking for team)

I play TF 2 recreationally, but I'm tired of random pub server/no team play gaming.

My most fun games are with coworkers. We have a group of up to twelve decent gamers (some play way to much, some use to work for video game giants). We have played 45m to an hour for the most of the last 2 years and a half. 4-5 days a week. I also play at home, but lately I'm not liking the pub play.

I'm usually a good asset to the team in terms of positioning, communications and team play.

I've been listening to the eXtine's commFT youtube channel for the past two years and watching league gameplay. And reading around leagues and e-sports for a while.

I<d like to try, maybe play on a few practice, be cannon fodder at worst and actually help others and learn to be better.

My two main classes, where I can contribute the more in terms of damage and strategic plays. are Soldier, Demo, Medic on a 6s format. Otherwise I like to play them all, but suck the most at sniper.

I'm a Programmer who's been solving problem and leading team for a while now (10 years plus). But I know when to shut up and take criticism. I also got 3 kids ;)

I even got a esea premium account for looking around for PUG, but man those forum are a complete desert...
