Hello friends,

Chilling in North Korea is going to rebuild for another season. After having come so close to playoffs last season, we were hoping to finally undergo a stable offseason and come back hot for the following season. However, some people left for greener pastures and additionally, I will be / am in Hong Kong and out of the picture. Joshin is transitioning to Demo, and after picking up Huck and Audie on Roamer and Scout respectively, we're left with looking for a Scout and a Medic.

We're looking for a Scout that understands his role, can compliment our other Scout Audie, and has dreamy eyes. For Medic, we're looking for someone who can track ubers efficiently, has smart positioning, and has dreamy eyes. As far as maincalling goes, it would be ideal to have a maincalling Medic, but that's not the most important aspect, and I will work with Abstand and the Medic on calling as time goes. Personality and play will speak more than experience, but overall be prepared to laugh, play TF2, and have fun. We don't bite.

Cygnus survived the reformation of the largest roster in Open. This man has my respect.

On a more serious note, Cygnus valiantly backed up under the NK flag last season and was a pleasure to have him ring despite his busy schedule. Seriousness about improvement and dependable output are what I believe his best qualities are.

Brownstone has now played 3 seasons of ESEA (technically 2.5), and 2 of those seasons were offclasses on Scout and Medic. However, instead of being upset at playing a bad class (Medic) or having an early tough transition period (Scout), he focused on the positives. Brownstone took the understandings he learned from those classes and applied to help better his Pocketing. If that doesn't scream "dedication" to Pocket I don't know what does. He's very serious about improvement and will absolutely put in the hours to become the best next Tyrone. Brownstone is also just about the funniest guy you'll ever meet. Hands down. His laugh is seriously infectious and sense of humor is all over the place. Brownstone has also singlehandedly turned the S15 Chilling in North Korea into a series of dumb, hilarious quotes and no one (except myself) has escaped his watchful eye.

Despite our constant bickering between us during my dictatorship and the black / white differences in how we approach the game, claiming that you weren't one of my most favorite people to play with in my TF2 career would be doing you a major disservice. You have the potential to go very far, and I expect to see tales of your exploits while I'm in Hong Kong.

I love Reilly. He's an awesome person to have in the game and in the Mumble. He'll send you the most random shit in Steamchat. He always thinks he's garbage, but that's alright. His play will speak for himself.

Should be a good postseason.
