Game minimizing by itself

So my game minimizes by itself randomly. It may happen once a game, sometimes twice.... can get very frustrating when I am in the middle of shooting feet.
I checked if maybe something pops up that causes it to minimize but that does not seem to be the case.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Also this never used to happen so I have no idea why it would start doing it now.

Hi everyone, my name is Tgran_. I play demoman and I hope to be playing in ESEA next season. I find myself getting a lot better but I think with some help from a solid high IM or Invite demoman I can really start to shine for next season. I would like my mentor to be able to devote a good amount of time going over my demos as well as getting in a server with me and showing me things one on one. I also hope we can build a good friendship and I could keep you as my mentor for seasons to come. I know this is a lot to ask for but I am very passionate about this game and I am dying to get better at the demoman class.
Hoping to hear from my new mentor!
