For my Eagle Scout project, I organized and ran a food drive for a local food pantry. Ended up getting nearly 7500 items of food. The pantry barely had room to fit it all, it was a great feeling.

wTurboliciousDon't vote any, have 9 team invite. It's poifect.how the fuck is that perfect?
I vaguely remember this being discussed before - 9 team invite would mean each team would play each other exactly twice. Your schedule wouldn't really be random.
EDIT: Didn't see #67.

I won one of the raffles, but never got an email. I added Whisker Biscuit because I was curious if it really was me or a different Jester, and he confirmed my winnings. I'm sure he and the item team still have their hands full, so just wait a bit and they'll hand out the prizes eventually for sure.
b4nny looks pretty suspicious walking away from that explosion.
Posted on TF2Newbs. Not the biggest pub community, but not a small one.
I have a macbook pro that I dual boot windows 7 with. The windows version of TF2 runs significantly better than in mac: more fps, no mouse lag, faster load times.
Maybe I haven't been in the tf2 scene long enough, but it seems to me that this fundraiser was the BEST thing the community has ever done, period. $35,000 is a ridiculous amount of money. Having 100% of that go to a charity that helps kids? Everyone involved should be tremendously proud, especially those who donated extraordinary amounts.
Community scattergun for sean?
Community KGB for truktruk?
27th community rocket launcher for Lange?
I'm gonna set aside $1000 to build a decent rig after the semester is over, I don't think I'll have enough extra for a 120hz monitor though, as much as I want to.
kirbyI'm sorry that you have been playing this game at 50 FPS :(
Gets to around 30 during fights. Honestly if you play with it long enough it's not too hard to get used to, especially for certain classes.
Looking forward to getting 60 constant with a new computer though. :)
Yeah, I've done that, it didn't seem to do too much from what I could tell. I plan on building a decent rig over the summer though, so I only need to deal with this for another month or so. Just kind of annoying in the meantime.
Sorry, didn't really know what information to provide.
Yes, I use max frames. It used to be fine, but within the past week or so it's been doing this. Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T7400 @ 2.16GHz
2GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4300
32-bit Windows 7
Could it be a driver issue? I recall updating graphics drivers not too long ago, I don't know how often they update though.
dfycod is a piece of trash, along with every other console game
NES/SNES
Normally I play around 50 fps, which is at least playable. But for the past few days, there have been time periods of 5-10 minutes, occuring every 20-30 minutes, where my fps drops to 10-15, pretty much making it unplayable.
It's cyclical, it'll happen for its 5 minute period, then jump back up to my normal fps for a while. Then, for no reason in about half an hour, it'll do it again.
I can't attribute it to any recent update or any change in my computer, so I'm really not sure what to think/how to resolve it.
P-Rec uses .dll files, which are windows-only. There isn't a mac version of P-Rec afaik.
