whoops, yeah, I meant 4x8GB, just wanted to know if it makes a difference if you split the 32GB into 2 or 4 sticks.
Also I don't plan on using pcp, just saw it in this thread and it looked like a good way to list parts, I usually use mindfactory for PC building stuff.

Hello friends!
I want to get a new PC to play video games (not just TF2, also newer stuff) as well as being able to edit videos up to 4k. I think I might somewhat know the basics but I'm definitely not a PC expert so I'm asking for opinions on this setup. A friend recommended me to go with r5 3600x and RTX 2070 Super so that's what I went for for now, it's not a must though. This is pretty much at the higher end of my budget btw, can't really afford a lot more at this time.

A few other general questions:
Does the manufacturer of the GPU matter a lot (MSI, Gigabyte, Palit, Gainward, etc.)?
Is it better to get 2x16GB or 8x8GB RAM?
Is a regular air CPU cooler enough or is water cooling heavily recommended at this point?
Any help is greatly appreiciated!
