#1 weird freezing every minute in Q/A Help

hi my tf2 is recently being weird as in freezing every minute or 30seconds for a 2 second period and netgraph shoes my ping spike to 100 from 30-50 during that time and i just freeze but when i press tab scoreboard always shows my ping as 20, never changing. so why is it freezing everytime i spike to 100ms? any help greatly appreciated, thx

8gb 1600mhz ram vengeance and case i dont recommend haf 922 but HAF XM is pretty good, but i recommend fractal define r4 its quiet, sleek and good quality and for psu u shud get a modular one from corsair anything 550-650 should be fine
