Rockzive never had any problems with ragdolls in tf2, besides them being random at every playback. you may want to check your lawena config for some fancy things in it, it is recomended to use mat_queue_mode 0. now kermit's point comes inTheoreticalSpy_KermitIt's a lot of effort but couldn't you open the demo with sfm for a few of the ragdolls?I do not have the experience in sfm. Im only asking to work on demos in lawenain sfm, you dont restart the demo for the playback, so the ragdolls' movement is consistent and you can set up cams how you please. i get it you dont know how to work with it yet, but learn it and itll become very useful for you future projects

Do u have somewhere i could start figuring that out or a video

NoNoeWayI know this sounds a bit cliche but I've had many ragdoll issues in demos work after restarting my game. Unfortunately, Tf2's demo system is quite old, even with a cheat like Lawena there could still be kinks. Not entirely sure.

The problem has mostly been the hlae process is where u set campaths and u go back to before the tick of the campath and it follows the camera however you made it follow. So in short, it resets the demo. Its also weird since the models are fine watching the demo for the first time but im trying to get the hlae campath as well.

AdjeDon't know much about how you'd go about solving the first or third problem but I found a copy of the no disguise smoke mod on my drive so here you go (I think it only works for STV demos though, not sure).

Using it with Lawena should just be a matter of dragging the folder inside of custom (Lawena's custom folder) and then enabling it on launch.

thank you for that, im adding u to get some sync advice as well

hey so i was working on my highlander frag video for spy using demo recordings and i've been having a problem with the fact that the demo views with spy cicle would make the ice statues disapear and i was wondering how i would be able to change it. It usually shows up when i see it the first time but im using Hlae to get zoom in or moving angles so i was wondering if theres a way to keep the statues up or something. I have a video showcasing what it looks like linked in the thread. I also would like to know if someone had the no disguise smoke for stv since im having problems with that too and i dont know how i would install it in my lawena. Oh and im also having problems where after im diguised it shows cosmetics of the person im diguised as when i stab someone. I'll link all of what this all looks like in the thread. Thanks in advance as well. I might also post some of the wip for advice on sync since only triiiple has been the only one helping. Its gonna be 20 minutes so i've been working on it for a while so any advice would help.
