Making tf2 look nicer without dropping frames

gemmim gonna interpret this question as "what are some things i can do that improve fps in a large way but doesn't affect visuals too much"
- Turn off ragdolls
- Turn off gibs
- Run on dx 90 (the lowest dx9 setting)
- Keep textures and models high
- Use the standard misc stuff in comanglia's config (most of the stuff there you won't notice) but enable r_3dsky 1
Actually you should test this because it's per PC dependent. Test with 90, 95 and 98 and see what gives you most fps. Personally I have with 95, some people report it with 98, 90.. etc.
So I recommend this list of tweaks but that one is to test it yourself.

Played a little, first tutorial then maybe 20hrs bots and pubs, then took a break ~6 months because I thought it was stupid game. Then came back and now I'm 1200 hrs and bought premium in january 2015, around 1 year after playing.

DX Level: 95 (It gives better performance for me than 90)

I think the command is for your own listen server and not for the server you are connected to. Also there is a bunch of cfgs in cfg folder for competitive and casual and there is fixed spread.

Instead of memes, people should spam tf2stadium to promote it so more people can join. I don't know for beginner restriction of stadium but it will be good to promote it.

TobAny reason for the Steak to remain banned? Don't want medics to get the small hp pack or is there some bug like the dalokah's bar?
I think it's because of speed buff, eat it in spawn, go fast to mid and when there it will recharge and have a medium health pack to throw.
