Why not make it so on captain games where mostly open+ players play let them snipe but on first come/first serve games make it so you can't snipe.

Yesterday I was captaining, and the other captain made a medic first pick then picked a demo right after i picked mine. We had like 5 great picks and he went and picked some random medic. Just goes to show that half the captains in mix are crap.
Some of these are mislabeled. Grand Finals Map 2 Bo3 1 is actually WLA vs LiT.
