Great guide.
I think it'd be a good idea to record Mumble during some scrims or PUGs where communication is poor/exemplary, mostly because the people who need this the most don't even realize how they sound. Perhaps hearing something bad and good would help more than reading it.
Plus it'd just be priceless.
