Cassius aka Haiku. Defiantly worth the look. He knows the ins and outs of this game and the "uber clock" in his head is crazy accurate.

BubbaStealthyisnt that alittle pricy?Bubbaawesome! how did you get a 400 person mumble?
by purchasing it
Does it matter? Kind of subjective. If your really worried about my costs I can give you my paypal and ill take donations? :)
Hello everyone,
I recently picked up a 400 person mumble server.
I have configured it for TF2 teams and players to use with lots of rooms/channels. Feel free to use it for all your matches, scrims, pugs, streams, pub stomps, LFS, lobbies, or just hanging out (there are multiple rooms for each). Free of charge. I dont have a password on it as of right now and hopefully I dont have to.
Address: 50.97.95.135
Port: 1487
If your a friend and you would like your teams own room or something, let me know.
Server is in Dallas
Also - I would like to throw an invite out to the tf.tv team. If you are looking for a mumble server to host events on please let me know - would love to help.
Ive been playin with Haiku for a long time, Ive also played with a lot of other top medics. There is not a single other player who I would rather have on my team and as my medic than Haiku.
I think this is a GREAT idea. There are a ton of players who don't even know competitive TF2 exists. Those players could soon get a taste of it and a large % will soon learn about leagues like the UGC, ETF2L, OZFortress, AsiaFortress, ESEA, and whatever else there is out there. In turn those players start to learn the basics of comp play through HL and how to play organized as a team. The natural progression of those players is to transition into or try out the 6s game. It increases the player-base in all leagues. This is a very good thing.
Don't expect the best games when this system is first put in place, but I think its our job as a competitive TF2 community to join them and mentor and assist new players and to point them in the direction of leagues where they can further their gameplay.
bump. thanks for the kind words

add me there if anyone is interested
Looking to give comp 6s a go for ESEA O
My only resume up to this point is in highlander, and Im a UGC HL admin as well. 2 seasons of UGC Hl Steel, 2 Seasons of UGC HL Platinum, All-Star demo Steel Div last season.
My 6s experience is limited to lobbies, sub scrims/matches, and pugs.
If you would like to try me out, I would be more than happy to give it a shot and hopefully learn something from you and your team along the way.
Would like to add my stream: http://www.twitch.tv/ubiquitoustf2
Ubiquitous is the name. From USA.
Stream almost exclusively TF2. UGC HL and 6s. Also Pugs, lobbies, mge, surf maps, and pub stomps with friends. ps. I suck at surf maps, I probably wont stream those much anymore.
If Tuesday/Sunday doesn't work for some, and an hour later on Mondays is too late for others, what about this...
First off, you play all games at their regular times. Dont stream them, because not many will be watching yet, your audience base is playing in their own games. Right after the plat players are done, be talking to the team leaders and find out who had the best match, easy to find out quickly. If you have a few saying theirs was good, just take the most popular or highest rank teams, or biggest upsets. Grab the STV from them, should take you a minute or two, and then stream the casters live commentary on the STV. Yes, a few people will know the results already, but the mass majority will not and more people will be available to watch.
Why not just have the plat matches happen an hour later? So everyone else can finish their matches and then watch the plat people play? Then it becomes more of an event. People will finish their games and want to watch how the plat players did it and what they did the same or differently than their team.
Also, I think there should be requirements to each division. New teams can choose Steel or Iron to start in, unless they can show that the players on their team meet the requirements of Silver/Plat div. Number of seasons, results for last season, number of invite players, etc. I was talking to some silver teams who should be steel teams, but they said they wanted to play silver so they could get a cooler looking medal when it was over...
