I was supposed to help mentor them but had to stop due to scheduling conflicts, but everything brulee said is absolutely true. They were all willing to improve and fun to be with in mumble. A great team for a player looking to improve in a good environment

I subbed like twice where's my cut?
Spy isn't supposed to be "good" in any game mode, but he's supposed to be an impact player. Getting crucial picks, sapping buildings, etc. I mained highlander from the fall of 2014 until last summer, and have subbed platinum since then. Never once did I look at a spy destroying my team and think "wow he's so good". It was always "ok what are we doing wrong that is allowing the spy to fuck us this hard?". It's not a class meant to go positive/be good in the traditional sense. In terms of nerfs/buffs, dead ringer is fine. Actually making spies use more watches and have variety to their play-style isn't a bad thing. The amby nerf was a bit much I think but having played against good gun spies, shit was close to broken fam. Spy is fine as he is right now.

Hello
Obviously I'm just one person and everyone has different experiences, but faceit pugs have really been the opposite of enjoyable since their inception. I used to play a shitload of pugchamp (and get fatkidded a lot) and I actively enjoyed 90% of the pugs I played in. People only had to play classes they wanted to play and it was fun. Compared to faceit pugs I've played, and I've probably only enjoyed about 25% of them. Every game seems to have either: one person constantly tilted and bitching about the team, one person actively playing like a dumbass due to being forced onto a class they didn't want to play, or a skillgap so large it would make some classic sandbag teams blush. I know I'm not the best player by any means, and that people would sometimes rather not pick me for pugs, and that's fine. PugChamp allowed that. But now, faceit forces people to play with everyone regardless of skill levels, and this creates, what I think is, an unnecessary amount of tilt or toxic attitudes. Maybe I'm completely wrong, but faceit has really killed off a lot of my TF2 enjoyment lately.
if I shit talk catface AND akemi do I get double the free nerdstars?
$12 an hour as a manager? yikes
I was brought in to slay team friendship and I failed, I can’t show my face in an esea server anymore

I may do an impromptu cast of the delicious activity game just to insult the team I’m rostered on
Hello friends. I am in a situation where I don't have enough free time to main but could be a reasonable sub. The past season or two I have played/subbed/rang/etc on a bunch of various open/IM teams and I'm not really sure where my skill level lies anymore. I'd say mid(?) IM on both pocket and roamer on a good day.
