PC Build Thread

Hi guys.
Planning on building a PC in around a month and a half. So I've been thinking about what the build should be. after about 6 months of planning and thinking I've come up with this one:

Mainly, I've been wanting to get a custom PC in order to play games at a stable 120 FPS, because my current laptop I've had for 5 years is being a piece of shit. So I was wondering, is this build sufficient to play TF2, CSGO and Dota 2 at low settings while maintaining 120 FPS? I'm open to changing the build according to you guy's suggestions.
