I would agree with what DoctorSlappy said, exercise is a great way of relieving stress and making you feel much better, I know that it certainly worked for me in the past with coping under the pressure of exams and other hardships. If you do consider using exercise as a coping mechanism then I would advise that you do what is most comfortable for you in sensible routines.
I know that some people find therapy to be somewhat humiliating or degrading, so if this is the case then it would always be worth trying to talk to close friends or family, or people who have gone through it already and can help you out.
Try to stay away from unhealthy coping mechanisms such as alcohol or drugs, it goes without saying that the people who have used these have ended up worse than before.
And keep optimistic man, if your exams are over then you have plenty of time to spend doing what you like :)
