#206 Overwatch, who got in? in Other Games

http://us.battle.net/en/int?r=bnet

It's on the official website now, very intersting decision. I wonder how much it will affect the game.

I also was of the opinion that the game was gonna be F2P but it seems like it won't.

RickVaskiekevVaskieThe game will have Cross Platform matchmaking, i wonder how they are gonna tackle Keyboard and Mouse players going against controller players.
please no
this barely works for fighting games sounds even worse for shooters

Not sure if i understood what you said, but if you meant, fighting games that have cross platform matchmaking are bad, then you couldn't be more wrong. Most fighting games that come to PC end up dying cause the community tends to choose on console only, so having a cross platform matchmaking makes it so that neither community ends up dying (console based, or pc based). Street Fighter V is doing it, and i am pretty sure Skull Girls did it too.

bro give it up we all know your a joke

Are you being serious ? ..

Source?

Found it on Neogaf, they are consistently reliable. Plus.. there is LOADS of code in the beta to do with the PS4 and Xbox One. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=184353305&postcount=1151

Post regarding left out code in the beta: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=181965834&postcount=1

As well as multiple retailers like Gamestop are announcing the game Overwatch: Origins edition (with addional skins) or what not: http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2015/11/05/overwatch-is-coming-to-ps4-and-xbox-one-60-all-platforms.aspx

#15 Saloon.tf V2.0 in News

It looks fantastic, and it seems a whole lot faster. Genuinely appreciate all the effort put into it. Hopefully there won't be any more issues that could put people off Saloon.

I do have a request though. Looking into the Epsilon vs Animate match, it says Animate have a 4.5 point handicap, but i feel as if that can be extremely confusing, it would be easier as it was on the old version of the website, where it did show how many point handicap there was, but also all it takes for Animate or Epsilon to win. As an example, it could say, Animate are given 4.5 points and win this game if they lose by 2 or better, or anything along the lines of that.

As it currently is, i don't actually understand what that handicap means, but it might just be me, and if that's the case, don't mind me, but i do feel as if it would make everything a lot easier to understand. Going by how the old Saloon presented it, it made more sense, and it was slightly easier to understand.

#20 The GXL Titan 2015 TF2 Pro Series in Events
dashnerVaskieIs there any guide for this GXL lan ? It's quite hard to follow an event like this if there is no information anywhere, brackets, and so on. As it is, i don't even know which teams are at the event. Quite disappointed at how disorganized everything seems.

Highly appreciate your post Dashner, it's good to know that information does exist. I do find it quite questionable though why it wasn't linked somewhere in the first place. Anyone coming into the stream is not going to know what's happening and where to look for information. I wish there was some sort of "timer" until the next match, as it would give you an estimate of when the next match would happen, as well as sometimes the casters or a message appearing on the stream letting everyone know of other match results that are happening at the same time. It happens quite frequently at these sorts of events, where multiple great matches are happening at the same time, and there is obviously no way of seeing them all, so at least it would be great to get some information going during the cast. This sort of thing happens all the time during football leagues, or even the Champions league.

A team mate of mine is having some issues taking his payout from last night's match of Reason vs Dogs. He won, and the payout button appears, but once he clicks on it the page refreshes.

Any chance of getting Full Tilts match verified any time soon ? ..

I find that quite funny as well, most results can be taken directly from streams. Unless it's a strange outcome where someone did something agains't the rules and the Saloon staff needs to wait for the ETF2L admins to post the results or take a decision on the match..

The result of the Full Tilt vs Aninate match has now been confirmed in etf2l, any chance of verifying it soon in Saloon.tf?
