VisYou can actually jump further with the original, as it shoots right beneath you
Starkieyou can max-height ctap (691 units) with both the stock and original but its harder with stock as you need a precise strafe
I guess I worded it wrong, you can jump further easier with the original than the stock, you can reach the same height with the stock if you hold D and then ctap, so the rocket can end up beneath you as well, whilst this condition does not apply on the original.

You can actually jump further with the original, as it shoots right beneath you, ctaps with it are a pleasure to do.
Someone from the jump community told me that if you are playing jump maps with the Original you are either a complete noob or insanely good

But the problem is as a medic when the enemy team decides to dry push or sac somebody and you have a 80hp pocket scout who is bleeding and feel compelled to heal him
Plus it's not that difficult to maintain 150 constant hp
If you allow a dry push it's not your pocket scout's fault

i cant blame him for trying to appeal to the larger audience but we tf2 comp ppl will always stick to gatekeeping because nowadays u have to rely on luckyluke and b4nny for tf2 youtube content - plus that dude whos name i forget that uploads different streamer clips.
He was not trying to appeal to the tf2 comp community, but rather the casual one. His videos did not change, their quality was just the same. I remember he was very sad when saying that his videos used to get 100K views per night, while now he barely got to those amount of views in a week. And he knew the reason - people quit tf2, which is absolutely reasonable. siN was editing videos for a living - all day every day, you have no idea how many little details he required to make the video perfect for himself, and once he couldn't make enough money out of it, he just moved on with his life. We should only be happy for him :)

Oh sorry he also added a prize pool that adds up to 120% that I missed on purpose because there is no info about the tournament itself at all. If the "prise pool" gives you any details about signing up, entry fee and so on, then please consider sharing with us, the less perspicacious.
