your gameplan is so easily countered, if you can't vary it you'll die after a few matches
since you have a 2 kd with 16 hours, you should improve fast! try doing some mge and lobbies just to get the flow of sixes. then join a pug group. most teams wont want a player with such little experience, but if you play some lobbies and pugs, you will learn and your dm should rise quickly aswell. but i wouldn't recommend looking for a team untill you have atleast 500 hrs.
GLHF! this is a great community!
I don't think Valve would do it because unlike MVM, a competitive gamemode with banned weapons and is somewhat serious won't be as eye catching. So not many people would pay to play, especially when there is TF2 pug and lobbies, where the more experienced players would flow to and are free. But I think it would be great as it will get more pubbers into lobbies and PUGS, expanding the community. Unfortunately, Valve won't do it because there is no benefit to them unless hats are involved. And If hats were, how would you win them? You have to be selfless in sixes and highlander so if there were hats, people would go in and do the goals required to get said hat, making he/she less focused on the betterment of the team and the game itself but the hat. If Valve could find a way to implement this with them benefiting, that would be great, but I don't think they can or will do it. I don't mean to be negative but is's what I think I guess :/ If valve could just promote TF2 Lobby and extv and get more pubbers into comp that way, I think it would be very effective. BUt I just don't see this in-game lobby thing happening
please take a 6th grade writing class.

Share the pub servers you frequent! If anybody has any that are good like the reddit ones where anyone can hop on and go into voicechat and have some fun that would be great! :p
internet too negative and liberal :p
i had this problem with my wireless too. i just got another router and connected to the same signal off that router. i know it shouldn't make a difference, but it did for me. :/
just food for thought though, i wouldnt recommend going out and buying a new router unless nothing else works.
Hey guys, so I play at 600x800 res w/ ~12"/360 and 90 fov. just got a gaming mouse and I'm not sure about my optimal dpi. from common sense i think that: 360/90=4. 4*800=3200pixels. and 3200/12"=270PIXELS/INCH.
So should I play at ~270 dpi, or go higher? I dont use raw input either btw and play at such a low res. because my fps is shit.
thanks!
:D
How good do i have to get for newbie mixes? like how many hours on each class?
What teams should I look for? Im below steel level im pretty sure. :\ is there anything below that?
Hi guys, I'm at the point where pubs are such a grind and aren't fun to play and I want to up my game and get into comp. But the problem is I'm not very good. I've been trying to improve (I can beat people scout v scout 75% in MGE, but my movement and scout v solly is shit, My rockets are shit aswell) I've also been doing lobbies and do DECENT in them, but they aren't giving me the urge for competitiveness. I want to be good enough to do pug NAs atleast, and I don't have the time for a team during the school year. So what should I do? A ton of MGE? More lobbies? Noobie Mixes? (I have ~600hrs total. 60 on scout, 50 soldier, and 40 on demo) I want to improve my DM and overall understanding of the game.
Thanks!
