He has good DM and knows when to bomb. He's a really quiet guy. He's shown a lot of improvement in being able to call stuff in a short time, he'd be great on a mid open team.

Great sniper, also the only roamer I know to successfully use market gardener.
Heard it here first guys, we don't want anymore tournaments or leagues for TF2, we have enough how it is. Yours are probably shit anyway.
My first introduction to TF2 comp league was TWL 6s. Was it well run? No. But it got me into competitive TF2 and made me search for other leagues and competitive events. That's all it really accomplishes, even if the numbers it brings in are scarce it's still something.
mVortexYeah, fuck community growth.
I don't see how having more leagues is a bad thing. People complain that the game is dying when they see that sponsors and leagues are losing support for TF2, but then we say shit like this.
Vortex every time you post I am amazed that you're capable of turning on a pc.
Surprise! Europe has one league and their scene is way bigger than ours, naturally splitting our player base into three leagues will be much more of a turn on to sponsors like EG rather than focusing on open having 50+ teams and a competitive invite division.
Please point out specifics as to where my and defy's rationale falls through rather than just saying "this is stupid," as your post doesn't contribute to the discussion nor does it really do anything to strengthen your argument that CEVO will help competitive tf2 in any way.
Because CEVO is a known free league that is much more accessible to newer players than ESEA. As John said, many more people know about CEVO than UGC.
What I'm confused about is that you somehow can pull a negative spin on a league wanting to feature a game. It's an additional league that is completely optional to play in, that very fact in itself shows that people are showing interest in TF2.
Tell me how being reclusive and saying "it's fine how it is right now" is more beneficial than an additional league.
crumpeta new league only adds content for existing players - it does nothing for community growth
Only if you assume that all players start TF2 as a casual game without the competitive scene in mind. More leagues, sponsors, etc. means more exposure for competitive TF2 and TF2 as a whole.
mEvery cevo event ive played has been handled poorly and every admin ive had the misfortune of interacting with has been disappointing to say the least. Ugc cares about supporting the lower level tf2 playerbase and has decent people like marxist running it while esea has kalkin and caters to the more serious players.
I don't see how cevo helps to solve any of our problems or provides anything this community doesn't already have.

WowzersVortexIt's not really that weird, players have different ways of gripping/controlling their mouse based on whatever is most comfortable for them. You obviously only use your wrist to aim because it's more comfortable. I got into that habit too because I had a very small generic mousepad so I made my sens ~3" 360 and used solely my wrist and fingertips to aim. I only stopped because a few of my steam friends said that was weird so I got a bigger mousepad and made a conscious effort to use my arm. I can't aim with that high of a sensitivity anymore without having to re-adapt.oh alright, thanks vortex, Im gonna try to stop using my wrists, see what happens. haha
The only advantage that sensitivity brings is comfort to the individual person based on their preference. In simplest terms, if there was a "perfect sensitivity" to use, everyone would be using it.
Nothing wrong with just using your wrist, I was just pointing out that there's different styles that are appropriate depending on your sens. If you have wltrs sens of 35in it's pretty certain that you use your arm to aim in long strokes. If you have Darn's sens of 2in it's pretty certain that you don't need to use your arm for aiming and just focus on little movements of your wrist/fingertips.

Carniverhorsei lost the other thread with the different sens' for different classes and i don't really even know what all these numbers are but I main scout and my in-game sens is 4.05 is that pretty normal?
In-game sensitivity doesn't mean anything without knowing the mouse dpi. I know your aim is good though and if it's comfortable you shouldn't care about other peoples sensitivities.
domoWowzersOh okay, I use a 5 inch/360. I just thought its weird because sometimes I have to pick up my mouse to turn in a direction. Thats why I was asking. Thanks guys.there is nothing wrong with 5"
if you are comfortable with it keep it
It's not the size, it's what you do with it.
bring back yaug, ducky, and slardel pls
Mustard is a good player that knows a lot about TF2 and rap. Main calls well, better at demo than pocket - could play either at an IM level.
Cool guys, fun to play with in mumble, sick strats.
im a girl btw
