Favourite TV Shows:
Breaking Bad
Game of Thrones
House of Cards
Sherlock
Dexter (Season 1 - 3)
Luther
The Wire
Parks and Recreation
The Office (UK version)
Fargo (Really good)
True Detective (Probably my all time favourite TV show)
Movies:
Prisoners (Really fucking good)
The Prestige
Usual Suspects
Any film by David Fincher
Any film with Roger Deakins (seriously most of the films this dude works on are fucking masterpieces, Prisoners being one of them)
Fargo
Pacific Rim (If you want to just switch off and be entertained)
City of God
Oldboy
There's way to many for me to go through tbh, I'd highly recommend going through the films with Roger Deakins working on them, they really are beautiful to watch, same with David Fincher films.
I'm not special anymore, time to change HUDS
I really hope this game does well, the only issue I can see happening is that they focus too much on the competitive/e-sports aspect of the game more than anything. CPMA is very hard to get in to as a new player so I feel that may need to do a lot of work from that part as a priority, matchmaking will need to be really good (better than QL I fucking hope), so then it's not players just getting trashed all the time, just like if they played CPMA now. They'd also need to get some good alternative game modes in to keep the majority happy.
My only concern is that this game just becomes a pretty CPMA which will just get stacked from players that move over and it just becomes too top heavy again.
For the love of god please use a birds eye view of mid fights, you don't really get a sense of what's happening on mids when you just see one persons POV.
The game play is ok but can become very repetitive, the nemesis system is really cool and I enjoy it but the fights are always pretty drawn out and very simple, having said that I'm not really sure what I expected from a game these days. Most of them seem to follow the Assassins Creed vibe.
Overall everything looks really fluid and smooth but you really aren't doing that much.
5'8 - 10 depending on how insecure I feel that day.
|Please do interviews like turbomonkey tried doing. I think it's really important to build some backstory with the players, get some information for the spectators etc. etc.
some dude threatened to end my trading reputation because I didn't want to answer his 30 questions a day and then didn't want to sign his friends dead ringer.
that was one dude out of many, most are very kind and pretty patient
the technical term is love paste
clckwrkIt's too bad they can't take 10% of that effort and write a paragraph about TF2 LAN finals on the front page of that website ;)
That turned out to be a very good decision by them...
