camden is a fucking awesome and weird place to go, highly recommend it. London Eye is pretty good, science museum is awesome, buckingham palace, trafalgar square etc.

There was a problem with setting up the donation thingy, Knoxxx set the minimum donation to $450.

Luckily it was me that tried to donate to my own team and cost me that amount of money.

Due to unfortunate circumstances outside ourselves and Epsilons control, we are having to ask for some money to get us to LAN, Slick is having to pay us from his own money to get us some support as it is, so we are here to ask for some extra support..

This fundraiser is just for travelling only, we have taken 500 Euros from our ETF2L prize money to help cover the costs.

tldr; The Google deal fell through and twitch are preparing to cut costs without the massive cash injection as twitch is becoming a lot more popular.

People seem to be blaming google/twitch for this but it's quite simply not their fault. Because of the amount of time that this has gone unnoticed and left alone, the RIAA can sue them for any fucking amount of money they really feel like.

I'm pretty sure that Google also do not want to have their whole content ID system in place, but because of the mounting pressure from the record companies they literally have no choice. All these guys have to do is say "this has cost us £5.3 Billion dollars in missed revenue" or any other retarded amount like that and either try and get that money or get the site in question shut down.

This is a problem with the archaic laws that are in place that have nothing to contribute to a growing digital world.

If this does escalate then people are just going to move to the next platform, we will just go around in circles.

Okay, so I've tried everything and it's not working so I have to put all the commands and options I need manually in to a config.

If anyone knows the commands for the following:

tf2 not going jolty when you ATL+TAB and keeping the sound going when you alt tab also.

That all works, the autoexec is booting up correctly.

There's nothing in my config file though, it's just blank. I was under the impression that in that file my settings that I apply in game will go over to there?

The only thing that I noticed which I'm not sure if it's normal or not is that the folders are marked Read Only, if I turn that off it just turns itself back on again.

Okay, so the past few weeks/months I've been having a problem with my config not saving anything at all, currently when I boot up the game I have to go through a massive list of shitty options to get my TF2 running how I want it (auto reload on, console on, damage numbers on etc. etc.)

As a last ditch attempt I have completely removed my config and done a fresh install of TF2 from scratch and it still won't save any of my settings/configurations when I load up the game. I even created a basic autoexec file that will have some of the main settings that I want and it will still ignore that as well.

Does anyone have any ideas why it's not keeping my information? I've removed it from Steam Cloud Sync and made sure my config files aren't set to read only.
