stupid question
Hey.
I did this interview with Seeds almost two years ago (23/1/19) about his time with tf2 leading up to that point. It probably goes without saying, but this was heavily inspired by Thorins reflections series. I felt like (and still do) that one of the things I enjoy the most about esports is following different people and their personal stories, instead of just following the game itself, so I wanted to do something that would help with this in tf2. The interview I did ended up being roughly 23 minutes long but conducted with the intention of typing it up afterwards. If I was to do something like this again I’d do it with the intention of releasing it as a video with some gameplay in the background instead. This is why it took me two years to make. Typing this up was boring as fuck.
I feel like it’s important to stress that since this interview is two years old it does not necessarily reflect Seeds as he is now. I think it’s best to view this as a look into who seeds was going into the svift/faint/ascent roster that ended up getting third at both Copenhagen Games 2019 and i65, along with several top finishes in etf2l, with a couple championships to boot.
It's suprisingly long and I'd rather not spam this thread with the 4-5 posts it would fill up so theres a link to the interview in a googledoc here instead:

I hope you like it, it was a fun project to try out and I wont rule out doing more in the future, albeit with a slightly different format as mentioned above.
i hate that new cosmetics, a few map reskins and mannpower updates is enough to constitute a major update but at least they didnt touch something that actually matters
i want the heavy in smash bros
