I fixed it by trial and error removing and adding my custom stuff, no idea specifically what it was, cheers for trying to help fuxx

can't disguise on spy :/

Whether through disguise kit, which is visible, or console commands, I am unable to disguise on spy and have pretty much no clue why.
So far I've tried:
-entirely reinstalled tf2 twice
-tried an entirely new cfg
-validated steam files
