Net troubles

My network's been really slow since this morning. I can't use it for browsing, streams, or dling anything through a browser, and I can't torrent anything either.
speedtest.net tells me

these are my stats, but everything registers at ~100kbps.
No one else in my house is having this problem, and my phone's net is fine as well.
Can anyone help me diagnose the problem and fix it?
