So why we judging players who competed on shit box 2008 PCs without MGE, Aim trainers, Jump Maps and 13 extra years of strategy refinement? Honest question?

I think higher divs getting more money just makes sense? Typically people prefer to sandbag and win than lose in a higher div so surely its good to give incentive

I always thought "top down" skill level banning wouldn't work in this situation. Whilst it makes minimal difference in the upper levels of play it has quite an impact at lower levels. Is that no longer being taken into account?
