Fightmasterthe homestuck community is a complete cesspool, if you do decide to read it I'd suggest staying away from the forums they have
i'm not much into homestuck anymore but really? every fandom has its vocal minority that is utter garbage (see: the spitting in the bucket video), but a lot of the homestuck fandom is an absolute joy. it's unfair to call an entire fandom a cesspool because you've only heard or seen stories about a certain sect of the fandom being less than appealing.

it is a fucking enormous webcomic and only you can decide if you want to read 6400 pages. the general consensus is to read acts 1-3 because act 3 is when the story really picks up
