How can I use the API to update only the title of a log that is already uploaded under my API key?

TF2Pugs.com uses serveme.tf servers, and I provide serveme with my logs.tf key to auto-upload logs so I can manage them under my steam login on logs.tf . I can do that manually, but the API does not seem to allow a simple rename

Basically I want to rename each pattern like "na.serveme.tf #516006: RED vs BLU" to "TF2Pugs.com - (pug id)"

According to the API I can call http://logs.tf/upload with the following properties:

• map
  
• key
  
• title
  
• log
  
• updatelog

However the API always expects a log file to be uploaded, even when I use the updatelog property. But I don't want to code downloading the log and uploading the exact file to do a rename in this manner. And since serveme uploads logs, I'd rather not waste storage on the site uploading a duplicate. Is there an API to rename similar to the manual page for renaming map or title?
