"It's almost like comp revolves around people who vastly prefer twitchy deathmatch over the more cerebral aspects of TF2."
Replace cerebral with shitty and this message makes a lot more sense.
-fish-While we're on the topic of cheating I recently saw a thread of a person with a VAC ban on their main account promoting a tf2 pug group. Many people in the thread not only didn't seem to care, but even defended the ban since it was for CS:GO. It really opened my eyes on how people view cheaters.
When people actively decide to hack in games, what should their punishment be regarding competitive play?
Scrutiny. I don't know if someone who got VAC'd for a different game is hacking in TF2, but I'll be suspicious and watch them closely.
He has a custom hud... therefore he hacks?
If the system allows people to cheat outside of ESEA, that's ESEA's fault for not having a good system.
Basically blame ESEA for having nonstrict hacking rules.
Why does /r/TF2 keep telling me that Heavy is some sort of skill goldmine for experienced players?

Sileanimus can't keep his hatred of snipers to TF2
Guy gets shit on by /r/TF2 for suggesting that heavy is kind of an easy class.

"Actually, Heavy is probably the hardest class to play on a competitive level. He is just so vulnerable."
So according to Sileanimus, Tryhard Scout Mains are part of a conspiracy to secretly nerf weapons that counter scout

Apparently soldier can do medics job even better
I'd like to clarify, by "Showing up" does that mean watching the steam, joining the server or what?
HAVING NO VIEWMODELS IS BS AND A COMPLETE UPGRADE IT'S UNFAIR ON PEOPLE WHO CAN'T READ AND THEREFORE CAN'T USE AN OPTIONS MENU
