What would it matter if someone masks their ping? Surely it has literally 0 effect on gameplay if the actual rate they're sending packets to the server is the same.

Are all your drivers up to date? Have you also tried using different ports/cables on the 2080 ?

I really like my DT770 Pros that I got at Christmas 2018, I got the 250ohm version and they're a solid pair of headphones. I've always used an external sound card so I don't know how well they sound straight from the mobo, but my current phone was able to drive them enough to a decent volume and they sounded just about as good as at home.

It's blocked by sv_pure, there might be a way to preload it, but I'm not 100% sure. You could maybe try and use the main menu preload workaround.

No that goes in clientscheme.res, this is a font not a hud element. Then in huddamageaccount.res change the "font" to the name "dmgnumbers" and it should work.
