I'm sure if he had known that in 73 years you neets would've spent all day jerking yourselves off over how good you are at video games he would've dropped the bomb on us instead.

Could you get a desk mic instead? A blue snowball would probably be better than any inline mic on IEMs. It would also give you a wider range of IEMs to choose from rather than being restricted to ones with an inline mic (or a removable cable with a third party cable like the one ScrewB linked).
If you can't use a desk mic for whatever reason then the Monoprice M300's are a good call. They're open which I prefer because the seal on most IEMs gives me a headache after too long. That might not be an issue for you though.
