If you're looking for a place to watch the stream and also have a decent chat raysfire is hosting AGDQ channel when he's not live so you can watch there and chat with his viewers. Normally a decent amount of people there and rays pops in and out from time to time.

Buying New Phone

OnePlus 5T is really hard to beat at that price point. I'd say it's by far the best new phone under $600. Not sure what your thoughts on a used phone are, but you can get some great deals on previous gen (and even current gen) high end phones used.
Check out Swappa if you're interested in used. I'd highly recommend looking at Google's pixel line. Fastest software updates, great battery life, and consistently smooth performance that lasts for a long time.
