For someone who uses kali linux, it seems you do a lot of your research on internet explorer....

just some "non-ideal" clipping I found on cp_mist...

ill try to get in contact with the map makers for anything else I find, but thought it would be good to share with everyone here too.

I can say mannbase is well polished in the clipping area tho, but the mood of this thread seems more "rGL StUPiD" than "im glad theres new content, even if it is rough around the edges" :/

#4 Best value CPU for TF2 right now in Hardware

Im running AMDs 2600 w/ 16 gb and RX 580 at 1280x1024 on a modified chris low config (dx 8). No problems keeping above ~190 fps in 6v6. Full pubs can vary based on map from 80 to 160 fps average. Occasional stutters, but overall acceptable for what I want.

Maybe not the most scientific or exact answer, but just my experience/what Ive noticed.

I paid $170 for it maybe a year ago (on sale pre covid).

It might be worth checking local craigslist or ebay for old office PCs if you really want to find the best bang for buck

Is it too low hanging fruit to make a AimIsADick DNS joke in this thread?

Don't read too much into what I posted. If anything, I was trying to show how slow light is.

MiG-21bisI am too lazy to do the math, but I think the main issue with ping is we are limited to sending information at the speed of light. I am not sure how much we can decrease ping with better hardware, it may not be much improvement at all.

A quick Google search finds it takes just over 130 ms for light to travel the circumference of earth. This would be the worst case scenario in the best case scenario of 0 processing time.

Edit: The time for a round trip at light speed from chicago to london is just over 40 ms.
