SolomonThis is exactly what is happening to me. It's very frustrating and mat_queue_mode -1 doesn't fix anything.
EDIT: I apparently fixed my TF2. Here's what I did:
Deleted HUD and FPS configs
Added -autoconfig to launch options
Launched TF2 and played around in an offline server safely
Quit TF2 and added the FPS config back in
Launched TF2 and played around in an offline server, again safely
Added my HUD back in
Launched TF2 (crashed again on the offline server)
Removed surfaceproperties.txt from the scripts folder
Now I am happily playing TF2 again.
Done what you sayed but didnt fix anything. After launching tf2 the first time with autoconfig in the launch options i still could not move but i could shoot. When i brought the cfg and hud back the problem was still there. Anyone else?

When i re open the game after a alt-tab everything lags and sometimes i get crashes aswell. I never had a cfg for more fps and never had this problem. It started happening yesterday after i installed this cfg. Any solution?
EDIT: i cant even move or shoot in singleplayer servers. Why?

Can someone of you guys update YAHUD since its a great hud but it hasnt been updated in the last 8 months if I'm correct, or it might be even more. A lot of people still use that hud even if its broken and maybe fixing it will make it even better.
