its not supposed to work very well, hud is outdated and you have no access to the ingame crosshair
you also need these for it to work:

Birdyrocksi get that they didn't think raptor fit in well with the team but it does seem pretty incredible they didn't cut iikq, i just don't see how you keep a demo who gets no frags and no damage even if he does fit in well he isn't actually doing anything
its very easy to trashtalk prem players that underperform, but as much as i hate iikqs tunnelvisioning, there are very little demomen that could replace him (not saying that there are none)
